Ankur Sawhney

Ankur Sawhney is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Group People & Culture Director for DFI Retail Group's 7-Eleven business across China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Singapore since June 2023. With a strong background in HR transformation, Ankur previously held roles including Head of HR - APAC at Neumann Kaffee Gruppe and various senior positions at Procter & Gamble, overseeing HR operations, organizational development, and talent management across multiple regions. Ankur's foundation in human resource management was established with a PM&IR degree from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Electronics from Bharati Vidyapeeth. Early career experiences include HR roles at Virgin Mobile and technical roles in telecom at Vodafone Idea Limited.
