PEI SIM LAM (IHRP-CP) possesses extensive experience in payroll and human resource management, with a current role at DFI Retail Group since March 2017 as part of the People Services team, overseeing end-to-end payroll processes. Previous positions include Senior Executive Payroll, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive payroll functions and compliance with legislative requirements, and Senior Specialist HR, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. PEI SIM LAM has also worked within various organizations such as BreadTalk Group, RE&S Enterprises, and Racer Technology, handling HR functions ranging from work pass applications to employee welfare. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, specializing in Labor and Industrial Relations from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak.
