Jinal Jain

Jinal Jain is a skilled professional in the field of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), currently serving as the Business Partner for DEI & CSR at Target since January 2023. With a strong background in DEI strategy and management, Jinal has successfully led initiatives that enhance diversity dimensions, manage external partnerships, and develop talent programs. Prior experience includes leading research and consulting efforts at MetaMorph and serving as a Senior Analyst at Great Place to Work® Institute (India). Jinal also has experience in educational support roles and holds an MSc in Psychology of Education from the University of Bristol and a BA in Psychology from JAI HIND COLLEGE, MUMBAI.
