Wong Chi Yip

Wong Chi Yip has a diverse work experience in the field of HR technology. Wong is currently the Head of HR Technology at DFI Retail Group since March 2022. Prior to that, Wong worked at BIPO as a Senior Project Manager for the APAC region from January 2021 to March 2022, and as a Project Manager from September 2019 to December 2020. Wong also served as an HRIS Consultant at Ramco Systems from August 2018 to August 2019. Wong's previous experience includes working at adidas as an Assistant Manager for eHR APAC from June 2017 to August 2018, and at HKBN as a System Specialist (HCM) from August 2015 to March 2017. Wong began their career as a System Consultant at MRCHR Limited from November 2012 to August 2015. Wong has expertise in implementing HRIS projects, enhancing HR processes through technology, and driving the implementation of various HR tools and systems.

From 2009 to 2012, Wong Chi Yip attended The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics.
