Ken Terje Nordtvedt

Ken Terje Nordtvedt has extensive experience in recruitment and consulting, serving in various advisory and management roles since 2005. Currently, Ken is a Senior Advisor at Dfind Consulting, a firm focused on solving technological and design challenges since 2017. Prior to this, Ken held senior advisory positions at Dfind Norge and worked as a recruiter at Experis Norway and Elan IT. Ken's career includes leadership roles, such as Resource Manager at Elan IT ReSource AS and Account Manager at Manpower Professional, as well as advisory roles at Handelshøyskolen BI and BI Norwegian School of Management. Ken's background is further complemented by practical experience with the United Nations in mine clearance operations. Ken completed studies toward a Master's degree in Organization and Leadership at BI Norwegian Business School, achieving 180 credits equivalent to a bachelor's level.
