Our business clients are micro and small to medium businesses. They are in retail, wholesale, service, manufacturing, medical, farming, transport, wine. They represent a cross-section of all South Australian business types. The work we are requested to perform typically includes taxation advice, and the preparation of tax returns for Australian Taxation Office and general business advice. It includes liaising with ASIC for corporate clients. Often we work with business clients as part of the team and are able to provide a considerable knowledge base to their operation. We encourage this manner of business. Our role is to promote the export and import of ideas, products and services through understanding of your business and to provide tax advice, development of structures, resource needs and feasibility studies. Our Audit Clients are super funds, real estate trust accounts, travel agent trust funds, not for profit organisations and membership organisation. We have a strong mature audit team for this complex role. We set up Self-Managed Super Funds and provide the accounting and tax treatment for these structures. Our individual clients are investors in property, shares or other forms of passive investment. Our DFK International membership provides expertise. DFK International, through its individual Member Firms, is able to provide clients with a personal service throughout the world. The organisation now known as DFK International was founded in July 1962.
