André Meyer-Vitali

André Meyer-Vitali is a Leader & Principal Investigator at CERTAIN, where André focuses on Trustworthy AI, agency, causality, and software engineering of hybrid neuro-symbolic AI systems. André is also a Senior Researcher at Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz (DFKI), working on social, distributed, and cooperative AI. Additionally, André is a Senior Researcher at TAILOR Network of Excellence Centres on Trustworthy AI and an Associate at The Royal Photographic Society. As a Photographer at foto meyer-vitali, André specializes in various photography genres. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Zurich, André also has experience as a Patent Examiner, Senior Scientist, and Chairman at various organizations.
