Paul Brooks

Paul Brooks, PMP, ATP-MEL, is a seasoned leader specializing in defense and aviation programs with extensive experience in both military and civilian roles. Currently, Paul serves as the Director of Coast Guard Programs at D&G Solutions, overseeing 127 employees and managing multiple subcontractor partnerships. Previously held significant senior management roles, including Senior Program Manager at Compass Advisor, LLC, and Government and Regulatory Affairs Manager at Skyports Infrastructure. Notably led the Aviation Projects Acquisition Center as Commanding Officer for the U.S. Coast Guard and held various executive roles within the Executive Office of the President. With advanced degrees in Systems Engineering, Operations Research, and business training, Paul has a strong background in logistics, engineering, and strategic planning, further demonstrated through leadership of diverse teams and management of high-value projects throughout a distinguished career spanning over two decades.
