Adrian Stones

Adrian Stones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advisory and diplomatic roles. Currently serving as a Partner at Dentons Global Advisors since May 2023, Adrian previously worked as an Independent Consultant from June 2022 to April 2023. A long tenure at Alaco from November 2005 to November 2022 included positions as Director and Board Member. Adrian's diplomatic career spanned nearly two decades at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, with significant postings in New Delhi and Washington, culminating as Political Counsellor in Harare, Zimbabwe. Adrian holds a BA in History of Music from the University of Exeter and completed a Foundation Course in Classical Music at the City of Leeds College of Music. Educational background also includes attendance at Leeds Grammar School.
