Khairul Bashar abu

Khairul Bashar Abu has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Khairul Bashar currently holds the role of Chief Regulatory Officer (CRO) at Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd, starting from June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at MTB Capital Ltd. from February 2011 to June 2022.

Before their role at MTB Capital Ltd., Abu worked at TD for almost a decade. Khairul Bashar held multiple positions at TD, including Team Leader in the Wealth Management Operation and Operation Officer in the Mutual Fund Operation. Khairul Bashar started their tenure at TD in 2002 and concluded it in 2010.

In 2001 to 2002, they studied Financial Services Compliance Administration (FCA) at Seneca Polytechnic. Khairul Bashar also obtained the Canadian Securities Courses (CSI) certification from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) in 2002.
