Vinod Kumar Jain

Mr. Vinod Kumar Jain is having rich and multifaceted experience of more than 45 years. He holds Degree in Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Sri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. With his innovative ideas and skills, he has taken his business of cotton yarn to new heights. He is also Secretary of the Cotton Yarn Merchant Association. He has added value to the Company's systems by giving his valuable suggestions and recommendations to the Board in critical areas. He is also acting as a member of the Audit Committee and from time to time provides his valuable suggestions relating to the business operations of the Company as well as financial matters.
