Renata Egypto is currently working as a People Lead Executive at DHAUZ, responsible for structuring the HR department and implementing talent strategies. Previously, Renata worked as an Associate Manager at Accenture Brasil, managing analytics practices and supporting training and development processes. Renata also has experience as an HR Consultant, analyzing people management indicators, and as an HR Analyst, overseeing recruitment and selection processes. Renata holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a degree in Psychology.
