Justin Noel Manikam

Justin Noel Manikam is currently the Assistant Vice President - Design at DHAYA MAJU INFRASTRUCTURE (ASIA) SDN BERHAD. Prior to this role, Justin Noel held positions such as Trackworks Manager at China Communications Construction Co., Ltd., Project Manager at George Kent (Malaysia) Berhad, and Deputy Manager Trackworks at MMC-Gamuda. Justin has a background in civil engineering, with a Bachelor's degree from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Diploma from Politeknik Ungku Omar. Throughout their career, Justin Noel has been involved in various projects related to trackworks, structural design, and construction management.
