Franz Thomsen

Franz Thomsen has an extensive background in software development and IT, currently serving as the Head of Port IT / Cybersecurity at SeaportOPX since January 2022. Prior to this role, Franz worked at DHI as a Senior Software Architect & Developer, a position held since February 2001. From September 2019 to January 2022, Franz was the Principal Software Engineer at Seaport OPX powered by DHI. Franz Thomsen obtained a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology from Aalborg University, completing the degree between 1995 and 2000, and holds a 3G diploma from Aalborghus Gymnasium, completed from 1991 to 1994.
