Gabriella Kokai

Gabriella Kokai has a diverse work experience in the field of HR operations and IT innovation. Gabriella is currently serving as the Director of HR Operations at DHI since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Nilfisk as the Head of IT Innovation & HR Services Hub from July 2020 to November 2023. Gabriella also held the position of Head of Global HR Services at Nilfisk from March 2019 to July 2020.

Before joining Nilfisk, Gabriella worked at Mylan as the Director of European HR Shared Services from July 2015 to February 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Tetra Pak, where they served as an HR Process Manager in both resourcing and people development roles from January 2015 to June 2015 and from October 2012 to December 2014, respectively.

Gabriella also has work experience at Vodafone, where they held various training project lead positions from October 2009 to September 2012. Gabriella also served as the HR Training and Development Lead at Vodafone from October 2009 to September 2010.

Additionally, Gabriella worked at Convergys as a Trainer, where they played a crucial role in implementing an outsourced HR Service Delivery model for a major global client from October 2008 to October 2009.

Furthermore, Gabriella worked at Roche Services Europe Ltd. as the Country Lead, where they were involved in implementing HR transformation processes for the UK and Ireland. Gabriella also provided support in various HR domains such as workforce management, recruitment, and training from July 2007 to August 2008.

Gabriella Kokai attended College Of Foreign Trade from 2002 to 2006. No degree or field of study was provided.
