Pedro Santos

Pedro Santos is a Senior Specialist and Technical Sales Manager at DHI, responsible for leading the business development strategy for digital solutions in marine forecasting and supporting sales efforts in offshore wind. Previous roles include Senior Engineer, where Pedro led metocean FEED studies and acted as a technical expert in wind energy applications, and Postdoctoral Research Associate at Fraunhofer-Institut für Windenergiesysteme, managing industrial research projects and mentoring early-stage researchers. Pedro's academic background includes a PhD in Wind Energy from DTU and advanced degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Teaching experience as a university lecturer and consultancy roles in wind energy and renewable energy further enhance Pedro's expertise in the field.
