Lucas Vargas

Lucas Vargas, MBA, currently serves as the Head of ACS Operations & Performance at DHL, where responsibilities include developing operating procedures and analyzing service delivery performance. With previous experience as Station Manager at Atlas Air, Lucas oversaw station functions to ensure safe and reliable operations while also coordinating VIP charter services. Additional roles at Atlas Air included Assistant Manager Ground Operations and Supervisor Ground Operations, focusing on compliance and certification. Prior experience includes a position at Expeditors as a Transcon Services Agent and an earlier role at Atlas Air as a Customer Service Agent.
