Zenaida Villatoro

Zenaida Villatoro, LSSBB, currently serves as the Senior Director of Engineering at DHL Express since August 2020, overseeing Infrastructure Engineering, GoGreen initiatives, and Project Management. Prior experience includes a long tenure at DHL from July 2012, where roles included Director of Process Engineering, Operations Manager, and Senior Engineer. Zenaida's earlier career at UPS from April 2004 to June 2012 featured the position of Project Manager. Zenaida holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Florida International University, completed between 2000 and 2004.
