Robin Spear

Robin Spear is a seasoned landscape architect with extensive experience in park planning and development, currently serving as the Park Planning and Development Manager for the City of Issaquah since September 2023. Prior to this role, Robin held senior positions at WGM Group, Inc. and DHM Design, and was involved in the Capital Improvements Program for the City of San José as a Senior Landscape Architect. With a background in green infrastructure and urban design from the San Francisco Public Works, Robin also led projects as a Landscape Architect at CSW/Stuber-Stroeh Engineering Group, Inc. and served on the Design Review Board for the City of Richmond. An alumnus of Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture, Robin began a career in the field through internships at the Smithsonian Institution, focusing on public garden design and maintenance.
