Emma Butler

Emma Butler is an experienced Change Manager currently leading the Better Data Programme at Diabetes UK since February 2023. Previously, Emma operated as a Transformation Coach through the consultancy, Know, Grow and Glow with Emma, from January 2019 to February 2023, specializing in helping professionals and entrepreneurs overcome self-limiting behaviors to achieve personal and professional goals. With a strong background in project management and data strategy, Emma held significant roles at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management from October 2014 to August 2019, where responsibilities included serving as the Country Project Data Lead for Europe and leading the Global Operations MI Workstream. Additional experience includes positions at Argus Media, Hanson Wade, and CIPFA, with a focus on audience insight, data management, and customer relationship management. Emma holds an Executive Diploma in Direct & Interactive Marketing from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing and multiple diplomas in Business Management from the Chartered Management Institute.
