Bill McDowell

Bill McDowell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain and quality management within the beverage industry. Currently serving as Vice President of North America and Global Supply Transformation at Diageo since June 2013, Bill leads Supply Strategy & Standards Development and Value Creation Planning in India for United Spirits Ltd. Prior to this role, Bill held various leadership positions at Diageo plc, focusing on quality governance, regulatory strategy, and technical organization development in the Asia Pacific region. Bill's career at Diageo began in 1998 with significant contributions to the Diageo/Seagram merger and packaging strategies in North America. Bill holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business and Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and is certified in Production Planning and Inventory Management by the American Production & Inventory Controls Society.
