Carole Lawrie

Carole Lawrie is a seasoned learning and development professional with extensive experience in implementing global learning initiatives. Currently at Diageo since December 2019, Carole focuses on Learning Academies. Prior to this role, Carole served at BNY Mellon from May 2011 to July 2019 as a Global Learning and Performance Consultant and Learning Team Lead, where responsibilities included enhancing risk and compliance training effectiveness through data analysis. From August 1999 to March 2011, Carole worked at Standard Life Aberdeen as a Learning and Development Consultant, collaborating with senior leaders to deliver strategic learning solutions and contributing to a Culture Change Programme in the Customer Service Division. Carole holds a BA Honours Degree in Economics from Heriot-Watt University and a Post Graduate Certificate of Education in Business and Economics from the University of Edinburgh Moray House School of Education and Sport.
