Gregorio Gutierrez McAllister has extensive experience in the consumer goods and consulting sectors. Since November 2006, Gregorio has held multiple leadership roles at Diageo, including President of US Spirits and Managing Director for regions such as Southern Europe, Brazil, and the Andean countries. Prior to Diageo, Gregorio served as CEO of Multiflora Corp., a fresh cut flower grower and exporter with operations in Colombia, the USA, and Spain. Earlier in Gregorio's career, a tenure at McKinsey & Company as a consultant provided valuable strategic insights. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance, Marketing, and Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Los Andes and a year at Università Bocconi.
