Jonathon Friedrich

Jonathon Friedrich is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Legal Director & Company Secretary at Diageo since November 2023. Previously, Jonathon held the position of General Counsel & Company Secretary at All G Foods, where responsibilities included leading a rapid-growth start-up's legal and regulatory affairs. Jonathon's career also includes roles at Dermalogica as Company Secretary and Unilever, where Jonathon functioned as Senior Corporate Counsel for ANZ and Regional Counsel for SEAA. Early positions include Corporate Counsel for Home and Personal Care at Unilever and Company Director for Heaps Decent, an organization focused on engaging disadvantaged youth in the arts. Jonathon's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Sydney, a recent course in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School, and a Certificate in Governance and Risk Management from the Governance Institute of Australia.
