Laura Newman-Milone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people analytics and employee research. Currently serving as the Global Head of People Analytics at Diageo since February 2024, Laura develops and drives the analytics strategy while engaging stakeholders across Digital and HR. Previously, Laura held the position of Senior Employee Listening & Insights Researcher at Woolworths Group and co-founded Braving BRCA, a non-profit organization focused on awareness of inherited cancer risks. With a background in research management from roles at Fiftyfive5 and Ipsos, combined with early experience in corporate communications and customer service, Laura brings a diverse skillset to her work. Laura holds a Combined Honours degree in Anthropology and Sociology from Durham University and has studied Sociology at The University of Hong Kong.
