Laura Walker

Laura Walker serves as the Head of Talent Engagement for Diageo in North America, a role that encompasses leading Employer Brand initiatives across Diageo's largest market, which includes US Spirits, Diageo Beer Company, and Diageo Canada. Prior to this, Laura held the position of Executive Hiring Partner at Diageo, responsible for recruiting top leadership roles globally. Laura's experience also includes serving as Associate Partner and Consultant at Clarity, where expertise in the global retail and consumer goods sectors was applied to advise clients on Board level talent. Earlier career highlights include serving as Business Director for Consumer at Michael Page. Laura holds a Master's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Strathclyde.
