Nithyananda Alva

Nithyananda (Nithya) Alva is an accomplished Commercial Solutions Architect with extensive experience in sales and customer-focused IT solutions within leading organizations. Currently at Diageo since February 2019, Nithya has played a critical role in global solution architecture for commercial functions. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager for Commercial Projects at DIAGEO India, where Nithya led significant IT initiatives, implemented an SFA solution for a large sales team, and established a robust Master Data Management system. Earlier roles at Britannia Industries Limited and Nestle India Limited involved managing sales automation projects, enhancing operational efficiencies, and training stakeholders. Nithya began the career as a Business Analyst at Vxceed Technologies, providing consultancy to Hindustan Unilever Limited. Nithya holds an MSc in Food Science and Technology from the University of Lincoln and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Siddaganga Institute of Technology.
