Robert Harper

Robert Harper has extensive experience in contract management and category management, currently serving as the Manager of Category Management at Diagnostic Services Manitoba since April 2012. Prior to this role, Robert held various positions at the organization, including Senior Contract Specialist, Contract Specialist, and Contract Analyst. Before joining Diagnostic Services Manitoba, Robert worked at Perimeter Aviation from May 1986 to April 2012, where roles included Cargo Sales and Services Coordinator, Cargo Manager, and Cargo Agent. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Manitoba and a CCNA certificate from RRC Polytech.
