Angelique Zonneveld - Scholten

Angelique Zonneveld - Scholten has extensive experience in human resources management. Angelique currently holds the position of Global Human Resources Generalist - People & Culture at Diakrit International. In this role, they are responsible for providing support and guidance in various HR functions.

Prior to their current role, Angelique worked at Geldmaat as a Human Resources Business Partner. During their tenure, they collaborated with business leaders to develop and execute a business strategy and coached managers on employee development, performance, and retention. Angelique also implemented a Learning & Development platform and a new Performance Management System. Additionally, they analyzed employee engagement scores and created action plans to increase engagement.

Before Geldmaat, Angelique worked at Asito as a Human Resources Manager. In this role, they provided strategic and operational support to 1500 employees. Angelique collaborated with leadership on recruitment strategies, development plans, performance management, and employee engagement. Angelique also played a key role in a talent onboarding project and participated in ReTurn-to-employment projects. Prior to this, they held the role of Facility Manager at Asito.

Angelique's earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Assistant at MEE, ondersteuning bij leven met een beperking, where they assisted in recruitment and training efforts. Angelique also held a similar position at Achmea.

Angelique began their career with a traineeship in Human Resources Management at Groenblok bv Tuincentrum Overvecht.

Throughout their career, Angelique has demonstrated strong skills in areas such as recruitment, employee development, performance management, and employee engagement.

Angelique Zonneveld - Scholten has a strong educational background in the fields of Policy, Communication & Organization and Human Resource Management. Angelique completed their Bachelor's degree in HRM at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2007 to 2011. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Policy, Communication & Organization at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Angelique Zonneveld - Scholten has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Angelique received the Change Management Foundations certification from LinkedIn in February 2022. Angelique obtained a Business English certification from CERAN in September 2021. In March 2020, they completed the Agile HR certification from Scrum Company. Furthermore, they obtained the CLS360 consultant (leiderschapsstijlen) certification from PerCo - A Passion For Evidence Based in February 2020.
