Deanna Gamlath is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as the HR Manager - Business Partnering at Dialog Axiata PLC since January 2007. Deanna's expertise encompasses aligning HR strategies with business objectives across multiple sectors including Enterprise & Retail Sales, Marketing, and Risk & Compliance. Previous roles include HR Strategic Business Partner and HR Business Partner in various divisions, as well as positions at Just In Time Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. and Lanka Bell, where Deanna was involved in executive support.
