Charlie Guerini

Charlie Guerini is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience spanning over three decades in various leadership roles within prominent companies. Currently serving as Vice President Operations - Primary Care at Dialogue since January 2024, Charlie previously held the position of Vice President Operations at Alcumus. Prior to that, Charlie was employed at Alphanumeric Systems from January 2013 to January 2023, where responsibilities included Senior Director of Global Operations and Head of Innovation, as well as Head of the European division. Earlier roles included Senior Operations Manager at Ajilon Consulting Inc., Director of Telephone Banking Operations at CIBC, and multiple managerial positions at Citi, contributing to expertise in operations management, strategic account relations, and business growth. Charlie holds a DEC in International Business from Champlain Regional College and has a foundational education from Dawson College.
