Wendy Rose

Wendy Rose has extensive work experience in various roles within the sales, healthcare, and research sectors. Wendy is currently working as the International Sales Director at Dialogue since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Group Sales Director at WTA Group from September 2022 to April 2023.

Wendy's previous experience includes working as Head of New Business & Strategic Relationships at Bupa from September 2019 to September 2022, where they led corporate sales teams and implemented innovative sales strategies. Before that, they were the Business Change Lead at BHSF from September 2016 to August 2019, where they led a digital transformation initiative during the integration of five businesses.

Furthermore, Wendy was the Co-Founder and Commercial Director of Nexus Healthcare (Acquired by BHSF) from September 2005 to September 2016. In this role, they successfully transformed the startup into a profitable entity with a dedicated client base. Wendy also worked as a Research Analyst at Euromonitor International and as a Research and Marketing Manager at AXA earlier in their career.

Wendy Rose has a BA Hons degree in History and French from The University of Manchester. Wendy also has a Diploma in French from Sorbonne University and has studied French Studies at the University of Liège. In addition to their education, Wendy has obtained several certifications including PRINCE2® Practitioner Certificate in Project Management, Change Management Foundation, Six Sigma Foundations, PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management, Change Management for Projects, and Change Management - Guiding Principles and Practices.
