Joe Negron

Joe Negron has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Joe is currently the Managing Principal & CSO at Spindle, LLC, where they partner with growth-oriented companies to develop revenue strategies and works with investment firms and IT solution providers to gain a better understanding of the IT sales and distribution channel.

In 2023, Negron will join Diamanti as the Senior Vice President of Sales, leading the company's global go-to-market strategy for their Kubernetes platform.

Prior to their current roles, Negron was a Technology Council Member at GLG, where they specialized in information technology, IT solution providers, and business development.

Before that, Negron held various leadership positions at SHI International Corp., including Vice President/Senior Director of Enterprise Sales, Director of Commercial Sales, Sales Manager of Enterprise Sales, and Senior Account Executive of Enterprise Sales. Joe consistently achieved sales goals and spearheaded the growth of business units, resulting in significant revenues.

Negron also worked as a Director of Business Development at Groupworks.com, where they created a partner channel and go-to-market strategy for a start-up company offering Software as a Service (SaaS) and employee self-service for HR departments and insurance carriers.

At the beginning of their career, Negron was an Account Executive of Commercial Sales at Dell Technologies, generating revenue and forging new business relationships with Fortune 1000 companies.

Joe Negron holds a Bachelor's Degree in the College of Applied Health Sciences from the University of Illinois Chicago. Joe has also obtained certifications in Introduction to MEDDIC from the MEDDIC Academy in January 2023 and Leading Inclusive Teams as well as Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in September 2020. Additionally, Joe has certifications as an Apple, Microsoft, McAfee, NetApp, and VMware Certified Sales Professional, which were obtained from SHI International Corp.
