Sandeep Zende

Sandeep Zende has been working in the technology industry since 2004. Sandeep began their career at IBM as a Staff Software Engineer/Storage Solutions Architect, where they designed and architected storage solutions, tuned the storage infrastructure to improve performance, and determined and fixed problems in existing SAN setups. In 2010, they moved to QLogic as a Senior Engineer, where they tested iSCSI initiator/target of QLogic CNA cards, tested iSCSI CRC and T10 DIF features, and prepared setups for sanity, regression, and performance tests of iSCSI. In 2012, they returned to IBM as an ISV Solution Architect, where they designed end-to-end solutions with IBM Storage and Independent Software Vendors, produced white papers, solution briefs, best practices, reference architectures, implementation guides, and videos demonstrating solutions, and co-ordinated with sales and business development teams on partnering with ISVs. In 2020, they joined Diamanti as a Solutions Architect, where they worked on a complete life-cycle management hybrid platform for Kubernetes and containerized environments with unified storage, networking, orchestration, and security solutions, enabling enterprises to unlock the full potential of the cloud and de-risk their environment. Sandeep also joined Startup Partner Pvt Ltd in 2020 as a Solutions Architect.

Sandeep Zende completed their M.C.S. in Computer Science from Pune University in 2003. Prior to that, they attended St. Jude High School in Dehuroad, Pune, India from 1986 to 1996. Sandeep also holds certifications from The Linux Foundation, including CKAD: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (obtained in July 2022) and CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator (obtained in April 2022).
