J.D. Vidal

Business Development Manager, Southeast at Diamond Kinetics

As a Business Development Manager for Diamond Kinetics, J.D. focuses on driving customer acquisition and revenue generation, as well as extending and maintaining relationships with regional and national partners-specifically in the Southeast.

Prior to Diamond Kinetics, J.D. has been a sales pro for BSN Sports. He also started the baseball program while teaching marketing and computers at Cox Mill High School in Concord, NC.

In four years as the Varsity Head Coach, Cox Mill made the state playoffs three years, while also winning their first SPC Conference Tournament Championship during that span.

A graduate from St. Andrews University, J.D. was a starter in the infield during his four-year career. He was elected as Team Captain for the 2001 and 2002 seasons, was a three-time CVAC All-Conference performer and South Atlantic All-Region performer in 2002.

J.D. holds eight SAU school offensive records, including most career hits, most career extra base hits, most career doubles, most single season hits, most single season doubles, most career at-bats, longest single season hitting streak and most career RBI’s.

After college, he played two seasons of professional baseball in the Independent Frontier League.
