Claire McKinney

Head of Stake Holder Experience at Diamond Logistics

Claire McKinney is currently the Head of Stakeholder Experience at Diamond Logistics. Prior to this, they worked at Constructionline as a customer service and account handling representative from November 2019 to January 2021. Before that, they were a Customer Engagement Manager at CitySprint from March 2011 to May 2019, where they were responsible for supporting the development and delivery of the company's customer relationship strategy. In this role, they also worked closely with sales and client relationship teams to lock in customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
