Michael Schult

Michael Schult has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michael most recently worked at Diamondback Energy, where they started as an Associate Completion Engineer in April 2018. Michael then progressed to become a Senior Completions Engineer in March 2020 and eventually took on the role of Team Lead - Completions Engineering in November 2022.

Before joining Diamondback Energy, Michael worked at Continental Resources, starting as an Associate Engineer in January 2015. Michael later held the same role again from August 2016 to June 2017. In between, they had an internship as a Northern Region Production Engineering Intern at Continental Resources, from May 2014 to August 2014.

Prior to their time at Continental Resources, Michael worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Missouri Business Career Services from January 2011 to December 2012. Michael also had an internship as a Management & Business Analytics Intern at Hallmark Cards from May 2012 to August 2012.

Earlier in their career, Michael gained experience as a House Manager at Asher Student Foundation from September 2007 to June 2010. Michael also owned and operated their own recording studio, Schult Productions Recording Studio, from January 2004 to August 2006.

Michael Schult attended the Missouri University of Science and Technology from 2012 to 2014. Michael obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Petroleum Engineering during this time. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2012, they studied at the University of Missouri, where they pursued an MBA - Master of Business Administration with a focus on Quantitative Decision Making.
