Charles Speck

Charles Speck is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in research and development, reliability management, and operations across various roles in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior R&D Engineer at Diamondback Industries, Charles previously held the position of Wireline Reliability Manager at Liberty Energy. Additional roles include Reliability and Cost of Service Delivery Lead at OneStim Schlumberger and Project Manager at Schlumberger, where Charles developed and managed engineering projects and manufacturing optimizations. Charles's career spans technical and leadership positions, including service as a commissioned officer in the US Army. Charles holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas-Pan American, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
