Nicholai Busch

Nicholai Busch is the Manager of Engineering at DiamondCore Tools. Nicholai was previously a Mechanical Design Engineer III at MiaSolé from June 2016 to September 2020, where they were responsible for the design and development of thin-film Photovoltaic modules, components, and power systems, including packaging and manufacturing processes. Nicholai was also responsible for product development design ideation, design of experiments, material evaluation and down selection, concept feasibility, and final module reliability and PDP activities.

Prior to their time at MiaSolé, Busch was a Manufacturing Technician at OpConnect from July 2013 to September 2014. Nicholai also spent three years as a Ceramics Instructor at California Polytechnic State University from March 2013 to June 2016.

Nicholai Busch's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and Packaging from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
