Arvind Ramani

Arvind Ramani has a diverse range of work experience in various management roles. Arvind has recently been appointed as the President at Diamondpick, where they oversee sales, account management, and operations for the company's strategic accounts. Previously, Arvind worked as the Chief Delivery Officer at HiyaMee, where they ensured delivery commitments were met and built successful teams through talent acquisition. Arvind also held the role of Vice President - Recruitment at Accenture, where they strategized and executed talent acquisition plans for the Advanced Technology Centers in India. Arvind has a background in talent acquisition, having worked as a TA Lead at ANZ and as the TA Shared Services Lead at HCL Technologies. Arvind also has experience in operations and program management, having worked at Accenture Services as a Learning and Development Specialist and at Tata Sky as a Senior Team Leader in delivery operations. Arvind took a break from their professional career to be a caregiver for their child, who has been diagnosed with a spectrum disorder.

Arvind Ramani has a well-rounded education history. Arvind obtained their GMP degree in Business Administration and Management from the Indian School of Business in the year 2022. Prior to that, they completed their BE degree in ECE from Visveswaraiah Technological University between 1999 and 2004. Before that, they completed their Higher Secondary education in PCMC from Baldwin Methodist Men's college from 1997 to 1999. Arvind's education journey began in Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they completed their X degree in English from 1986 to 1997.

In addition to their formal education, Arvind also holds several certifications. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Personality and Abilities Assessment from SHL. In 2015, they completed a certification in Learning Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University. Furthermore, in 2012, they became a Certified Instructor for The 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity™ from FranklinCovey.
