Laura Mackay

Laura Mackay has over thirteen years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Laura began their career in 2007 as an Exploratory Medicinal Chemistry Intern at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. In 2008, they worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Consultant at Booz & Company, where they worked on a variety of projects related to the healthcare industry. Laura then joined Pfizer in 2011 as an R&D Strategy and Business Operations Manager for the Nutrition Business Unit. In 2013, they were a Strategy and Business Development Summer Intern at Healthagen. From 2014 to 2015, they were VP of Business Development & Operations at Fibroblast, which was acquired by Cerner Corporation. From 2016 to 2018, they held various roles at Wildflower Health, including VP of Client Growth & Success and VP of Strategy & Business Development. Most recently, they worked at Higi from 2018 to 2022 as Chief Innovation Officer, Chief Consumer Officer, Chief Product & Growth Officer, and SVP of Growth & Corporate Development. Laura is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Diana Health.

Laura Mackay has a diverse educational background. Laura began their studies at Agnes Irwin and then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering from Columbia Engineering. Laura then continued their studies at Columbia University, where they earned a second Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering. Finally, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with 2nd Year Honors from Harvard Business School.
