Nic Waddingham

Nic Waddingham is an experienced clinical operations leader currently serving as Executive Director at Dianthus Therapeutics, Inc. since January 2024. Prior to this role, Nic held the position of Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Aurinia Pharmaceuticals Inc. from September 2021 to December 2023, and has held various positions in project and clinical management at ICON plc, PRA Health Sciences, and Vifor Pharma, where focus areas included global clinical research studies in iron deficiency and rare diseases. Nic's career began at Innovex, progressing from a trainee Clinical Research Associate to a Clinical Study Manager, with a strong foundation in project management from time spent at GlaxoSmithKline and BRI International. Nic holds a BSc with First Class Honours in Neurobiology from the University of Sussex.
