Teresa Cervino

Teresa Cervino has extensive experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on corporate finance and tax. Teresa started their career as an Audit Assistant at Price Waterhouse Coopers in 1996. From there, they moved on to Fiat Spa as a Corporate Finance & Reporting Assistant in 1998, and then joined Seat Pagine Gialle as a Group Financial Accountant in 2000. In 2003, they became the Corporate Accounting Manager at DiaSorin, before being promoted to Corporate Finance and Tax Director in 2007, and later to Corporate Finance and Tax Vice President in 2015.

Teresa Cervino earned a Laurea degree in Economia politica from Università Bocconi, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended Liceo Scientifico from 1986 to 1991, but did not earn a specific degree or study a specific field.
