Monica Morera

Monica Morera has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Monica has held various roles with different responsibilities throughout their career. Their most recent position was at Diaverum, where they served as the Global Director of Talent Attraction and Employer Branding, focusing on designing strategies and frameworks for talent attraction and onboarding. Prior to this, they worked at OW Ocean Winds as the Global Talent and L&D Manager, where they led the development of a global Talent and L&D strategy aligned with the business. Monica also has experience at companies like Danone, élogos, Entelgy, and Deloitte, where they held roles in HR, learning and development, talent management, and consultancy.

Monica Morera has a diverse education history. In 1992, they completed a degree in Economics with a focus on International studies at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Following this, in 1997-1998, Monica obtained a Master's degree in HR Development from Compañia de la Formacion Empresarial.

In 2001-2002, Monica pursued further education at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where they obtained a Master's degree in Desarrollo Directivo MBA (Executive Development).
