Sara Scibetta

Sara Scibetta has extensive experience as a Human Resources Operations Specialist. Sara started their career at Christine Mathews Consulting, Inc. in 2019, where they worked with multiple start-up clients across various industries, maintaining personnel files, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Since then, they have held similar roles at DICE Therapeutics, Replay, Foresite Labs, Clase Azul Spirits, FireHydrant, IMMPACT BIO, NGM Biopharmaceuticals, Neeva, and Scribe Therapeutics. Their responsibilities have included managing employee and compensation records, processing changes in employee status, maintaining employee handbooks and policies, scheduling interviews, and providing support to the People team.

Sara Scibetta completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Music Theory and Composition from Humboldt State University from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Sequoia High School from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, Sara obtained the Illustrator Fundamentals Workshop certification from AcademyX Computer Training in April 2015.
