Jessyca Feliciano

Jessyca Feliciano has a diverse work experience in various human resources and diversity-related roles. Jessyca was the Senior Director for People and Culture Business Partner at Generate:Biomedicines from December 2023 onwards. Prior to that, they worked as the Global Human Resources Business Leader for R&D at Takeda from November 2019 until January 2024. Jessyca also had roles at State Street, starting as an Employee Relations Consultant and later becoming a Senior Employee Relations Consultant. Jessyca was also a Human Resource Business Partner at MassMutual and a Senior Diversity Consultant at State Street. Additionally, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Liberty Mutual Insurance, an Organizational Development Specialist and Diversity Lead at Year Up, and held multiple roles at Cambridge College, including Director of Regional Sites, Interim Director of International Affairs, and Head of Quality of Work Life Council.

Jessyca Feliciano holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Social Work from Roberts Wesleyan University. Jessyca also obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Leadership & Organizational Development from Cambridge College.
