Alexander Uy

Alexander Uy has extensive work experience in the restaurant industry, having held various management and leadership positions. Alexander started their career as a Managing Partner & Franchisee at Fuddruckers in 1996 and continued to work there until 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they served as the Senior Director of Operations at IHOP. Alexander then moved on to become the National Director of Franchise Operations at SARKU JAPAN from 2009 to 2014. Following that, they worked as the Director of Franchise Operations at Steak n Shake from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Checkers & Rally's Drive-In Restaurants as a Franchise Business Consultant for one year. In 2019, they held the role of Vice President of Operations at SONIC Drive-In for a brief period. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Operations at Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Inc., since 2020.

Alexander Uy completed their Regents Degree at Xavier High School from 1991 to 1995. From 1995 to 2000, they attended the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo, where they pursued a degree in Business & American History.
