Dan Polka

Dan Polka has over 30 years of experience in the truck service and repair industry. Currently serving as the General Manager of Operations at Dickinson Fleet Services, LLC since July 2014, Dan manages a team of 71 technicians across multiple regions and facilities, overseeing mobile maintenance, repairs, and brick-and-mortar operations. Previously, Dan held the position of Service Manager at TransChicago Truck Group from February 2010 to May 2014, where oversight included a service department with 35 technicians, ensuring compliance with DOT standards and managing warranties for various engines and drive trains. Prior experience includes owning and operating Hoss Road House from July 2005 to February 2010, as well as serving as Service Manager for Northwest Ford & Sterling Truck Center for 18 years, where management included a heavy truck shop and workforce development.
