Manrique Montealegre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience analytics, business intelligence, and strategic procurement. Currently serving as Senior Manager of CX Analytics at DiDi since July 2022, Manrique previously held positions at Western Union, including Senior Manager in Global Customer and Decision Analytics and Business Intelligence. Manrique's career also includes roles at Banco Promerica Costa Rica and Citi, where responsibilities encompassed analytics transformation, procurement analytics leadership, and strategic global supply chain projects. With a background in marketing analytics as an intern at C&K Components and various managerial roles in that company, Manrique demonstrates a strong foundation in production planning, process improvement, and analytics. Manrique holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad de Costa Rica.
