Willis Huang currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience Management and the Head of Corporate Marketing Research and Insights at 滴滴 since September 2018. Previously, Willis held multiple roles at GfK from October 2009 to September 2018, including Research Director, where leadership of the Microsoft Global Advertising Tracking project was notable. In the capacity of Head of GfK Technology (China), Willis implemented strategies that drove business growth and provided local expertise for global projects. Prior experience includes serving as the Brand Research Manager at Baidu, Inc. from October 2008 to October 2009 and as Research Manager at TNS from April 2005 to October 2008. Willis holds a master's degree in Economics from Renmin University of China and a bachelor's degree in logistics from Beijing Technology and Business University.
